1. Can I customize the embroidery?
Yes! You can choose your text, design, or even send us a picture (like your pet, favorite quote, or a bookish design). Pre-made designs are ready to ship, but custom pieces are made just for you.

2. What’s the processing time for my order?
Since every sweater is embroidered with care, processing time depends on how many orders we have. Current turnaround times are always listed at the top of our shop page.

3. How should I care for my embroidered sweater?
To keep your sweater cozy and the embroidery crisp, we recommend washing inside out on a gentle cool cycle and air-drying.

4. What sizes and styles do you offer?
We carry a range of unisex sizes  (S–XXL) and classic crewneck fits. Check the size chart in the product photos to find your perfect fit.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items?
Because each embroidered piece is made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if there’s an issue with your order, reach out—we want you to love your sweater!
