Processing Time
Every item is handmade to order with care. Processing times may vary depending on the number of orders we’re currently working on. We do our best to keep the estimated processing time updated at the top of our page so you always have the most accurate information before purchasing.

Delivery Times
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other delays outside of our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please be sure to check our sizing charts, follow the care instructions, and reach out with any questions before purchasing.


We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund only if your item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at embroiderthis@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations

As every order is started right away, cancellations are not accepted once your purchase has been placed.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid delivery issues. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away so we can update it before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the address, and refunds or free replacements cannot be offered for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refunds
If your refund request is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
